Terms and Conditions of Use
Our website is designed for online personal shopping and browsing of toys and hobbies. All transactions are processed in Australian Dollars inclusive of GST.

By ordering online, you agree to our terms and conditions outlined on this page. Please make sure when ordering online that you are happy with your order. Once placed, changes and cancellation of any order is not possible once the order has been picked for despatch as our automated processes make it almost impossible to stop or find your order to cancel. If your order has not yet been picked, we will be able to stop the order. Please contact us as soon as possible to find out the status of your order and to see if it is possible for changes or cancellations. If your parcel is already being processed and you no longer want the order, you will need to arrange postage back to us at your expense and we will be able change or cancel the order. Shipping and Delivery Policy:
We deliver products Australia wide using Australia Parcel Post, Fastway Couriers, TNT Road Express and StarTrack. Shipping costs are a $12.99* flat rate or $19.99* Express Post and will be added to the order total before checkout. Orders are typically dispatched within 2 business days in non-peak periods. Shipping times are estimated at between 3-10 business days* depending on your location within Australia. We do not ship outside of Australia and therefore GST will be charged on all orders.
*Some exclusions apply as per the description on the item.
Australia Parcel Post service delivers Australia wide and requires a signature for delivery. Deliveries by other Couriers are to be made to physical addresses only. Post Office Boxes are not accepted. If delivery is unable to be completed at the nominated address, parcel will be returned to an Australia Post Office or other depot for collection. If the parcel is not picked up within 10 business days, it is Australia Posts policy that the item be returned to sender. In this case the parcel can be re-sent with the payment of postage costs once again. In the instance where the order is no longer required, a refund can be arranged less shipping costs and any fees incurred. Home delivery is not guaranteed. To ensure we can despatch promptly, if an item is located at a store that will delay shipment significantly, we may cancel the item from the order and refund the value.
In the event of a significant error in shipping or total calculations, we will contact you to advice of correct charges or cancel the order and issue a refund if necessary.
Some larger items may be sent in the original carton that may picture or describe the item enclosed. Please be mindful of this if delivery is to be received by someone other than you. As we are a Bricks and Mortar store that sells to walk in customers, some items may be price marked with the retail price ticket.
We now offer Express Post as a shipping option. This is not an overnight service. Please be aware that Express Post is still subject to our 2 Business Day despatch time. However, we do treat Express as priority and aim to have your parcel despatched earlier if possible.
Please note, Our responsibility ends once Australia Post/Couriers takes delivery of the item. Please ensure that the delivery address supplied is correct. We will supply you with a tracking number to track your parcel, it is your responsibility to contact Australia Post/Couriers re late or missing deliveries.

Personal Shopping Only and Limits:
This website is for personal shopping only. If quantities ordered exceed what we regard as being normal personal shopping quantities, we reserve the right to cancel the sale. Some items have limits that can be purchased of that item. If the limit is exceeded, the order may be reduced or cancelled and balance payment refunded. Please contact us if you wish to place an order for larger quantities.
Customer Service Policy:
Toyworld is committed to providing exceptional customer service and quality products. We endeavour to make sure that all products listed on our website are currently in stock and pricing is true and correct. Standard delivery timeframes are between 3-10 business days; in the event that an ordered item is not available or we are unable to fulfil your order in time we will arrange a refund or if possible, notify you to arrange an agreeable alternative item.
Please check your receipt/order confirmation carefully to ensure your order is correct. This receipt/order confirmation is required for any returns or later queries. If there are any errors on this receipt/order confirmation, please contact us immediately to address any concerns.
Users using the checkout pages or using the various contact forms such as Enquiry or Catalogue download may have their email addresses added to our subscription list. Users are free to unsubscribe at any time by using the link on any mail outs. These email addresses will not be shared with any third party.
When purchasing from us your financial details are passed through a secure server using the latest 128-bit SSL (secure sockets layer) encryption technology.128-bit SSL encryption is approximated to take at least one trillion years to break, and is the industry standard. If you have any questions regarding our security policy, please contact our customer support centre.
In some cases, you may be required to provide further identification for additional security against fraud. For all orders we will email a tax invoice to you with your Order Confirmation. Your tax invoice is your proof of purchase. Please hold onto this as you may require it later.
We accept Visa, MasterCard, PayPal and AfterPay on our website or alternatively you can contact our sales team to obtain details for bank deposit payment.
In the case where goods were purchased online, the following conditions apply.
DOA (Dead on Arrival): if your product does not work on arrival before any use then you may return the goods free of charge and we will supply a replacement or refund pending inspection. A Returns Authority number is required before an item will be accepted as a return.
Wrong Goods Supplied: if the products you receive are different from the products listed on the receipt/order confirmation, we will arrange postage back to us and resend the correct item or issue a refund. Please note that at times a manufacturer may change images/packaging that may differ from images on our website.
Manufacturer Warranty Claim: Free shipping does NOT apply for a manufacturer warranty claim.
Change of Mind: Freight costs, to return the product to us by Post/ Courier and/ or to resend the new item back to the customer is covered by the Customer. Goods must be shipped in a strong box to avoid being damaged in transit. Any fees incurred by us by your credit provider will be deducted from the refund amount.
How to Proceed with a Return:
If you need to return a faulty product, a Returns Authority Number (RA) must be obtained from our Returns Department. Before a RA can be issued, we need to determine if the product is faulty. On approval for return, an email will be issued containing your RA number and instructions for return. The Product should be returned to us in its entirety within 14 Days. Where possible, all Products should be packed in the original packaging shipped to you including any accessories, manuals and documentation that shipped with the Product. Once the product has been received by us, a refund or exchange for the same item will be issued.
Please choose carefully! Afterpay refunds are subject to Afterpay fees. Refunds for purchases made with Afterpay are subject to the Afterpay non-refundable merchant fees of 6% of the order total plus the 30c transaction fee. We are unable to recoup these transaction costs from Afterpay when an order is cancelled.

Radio Control and Hobbies Policy:
Remote control models including Cars, Boats, Planes, Trains and Helicopters along with their accessories can be quite sophisticated and are designed for people with high skill level with knowledge and understanding on how to operate, maintain and repair the model. All models are bound by our normal Refund and Exchange Policy as well as a manufacturer’s warranty which covers faults due to poor manufacturing but does not cover any damage caused by any persons or objects that come into contact with as a result of using the model. This includes any damage as a result of a crash or impact damage, water damage, incorrect assembly undertaken by you, incorrect use and lack of maintenance. It is important to understand that faults due to poor maintenance, abuse or normal wear and tear are not covered by warranty. Many models require expertise and patience to assemble and maintain the model in working order. This will include understanding the operation of the model and knowing how to repair and maintain the model so that it may continue to be used as expected. If you are unsure about what is suitable for you, contact us so we can talk you through what you need to know before purchasing a hobby product.
Many faults on Radio Control items can be quickly and easily rectified by contacting the manufacturer's customer service number directly. Because of this, postage costs for the return of faulty Radio Control items are not covered by us unless the manufacturer has been contacted and has authorised a return to us. Please refer to the user manual that came with your product or contact us if you need assistance to determine contact details of the manufacturer.
High-end Wooden Model ships are for experienced modelers/woodworkers only and a high level of skill is assumed by the manufacturer of these model kits. It is advisable to contact us before purchase of one of these kits. Commencement of construction of one of these kits implies acceptance of these terms.
Manufacturers reserve the right to change specification of their product without notice.

Other Terms and Conditions:
Lay-bys and lay-by payments are not accepted online. The lay-by service including our lay-by now till Christmas promotion are only available in store and are bound by our layby conditions which can be viewed at our store
This website serves as a guide to products that are generally available from our Toyworld store. In some cases, online prices may not match in store prices.
Toyworld Noosa may in its absolute discretion decline to accept an order from a customer and refund any monies paid.
Occasionally, some items shown on this website will sell out without notice. We will remove any items no longer available as soon as possible. In addition, item colours and styles are refreshed regularly. This means that in some cases older models may be displayed that are no longer available.
Credit card or PayPal/AfterPay payments are charged at time of order. All orders are to be fully prepaid prior to fulfilment. Once orders are fulfilled, we will despatch.
Our online inventory system is live with our in-store POS, If you purchase an item that is no longer available, we will contact you as soon as possible to offer a refund or an acceptable substitute.
Unless otherwise specified, all prices displayed are for a single item or an each price. For illustration purposes, we may display more than one item in a single image. The price shown is for one only of the items shown. Where items are indicated as Randomly Assorted, the item sent may be the item shown or another similar item from the currently available assortment.
While every effort has been made to ensure the information and pricing on this website and in emails sent by us is accurate, errors may sometimes occur. We will correct any errors as soon as possible. We reserve the right to alter prices if we have inadvertently published an incorrect price or postage. If this happens and the item has been purchased, we will contact you and notify you of the correct price or postage and determine if you wish to proceed at the correct price or postage or cancel your order. We reserve the right to correct typographical/image/description errors. There may be occasions where your colour preference is not available, closest available may be substituted.
Some items are excluded from layby. There is a fee on laybys. Assembly may be required for some items. Bicycle and wheel-toys supplied partially assembled. Display accessories are not included in the sale price. Unless specified batteries are not included and where assortments are shown, prices quoted are for each individual item. Some items may not be on display at all stores.
We reserve the right to restrict quantities sold. Savings shown are a guide only. Please check with the store for correct pricing.
Radio control kits do not include radio gear or batteries unless specified. Contents of hobby kits and package deals vary - please check instore. Ready to Run models come prebuilt - Batteries, Charger, Fuel and other accessories are not included unless specified.
You-tube and Video content may be sourced from International sites and may include International pricing (e.g. US or UK pricing in some cases) or styles not available locally. Demonstration internet links referred to and Video content used in this website are not endorsed by Toyworld. Some offers may continue beyond the sale end date. Limited Stock items may not be available at all stores.
Email addresses submitted will only be used by us for promotional and newsletter purposes. Subscribers may be automatically entered into any current online competitions we run.
If an error occurs during the checkout or payment steps, we will contact you to resolve the problem or cancel the sale and refund any amounts paid. We reserve the right to cancel or limit any subscription at any time.
Any alterations to details on this website or to emails sent by us, particularly in regards to a price or offer will not be honoured. Activities such as forgery, falsification or alteration of any Toyworld document, electronic file or email may be fraudulent and further action may be taken.
