• Players trade surplus cards  by holding the cards face down on the table /playing surface shouting the number of cards they wish to exchange BUT THEY MUST ONLY TRADE CARDS OF THE SAME TYPE:  Example- 2 x Energy, 4 x Technology etc.
• The Taxman and Billionaire cards can be included as one of the cards in ANY group.
