Q. What is your policy when it comes to refunds?

A. We abide by all policies set down by the QLD Office of Fair Trading.  To see your rights and responsibilities, please click https://www.fairtrading.qld.gov.au/consumers.htm.  For more information see Returns Policy.

Q. Do you do special orders for items not listed on the website?

A. Yes. contact us with your request.  We will get back to you with price, availability and ETA. Special orders must be paid for upon order and once order has been placed by us cannot be cancelled.

Q. I don't have a credit card, how can I buy?

A. We also accept PayPal, ZipPay (in store only) and AfterPay

Q. Do the prices listed on the site include Goods and Services Tax (GST)?

A. Yes all prices listed include GST of 10%

Q. What credit cards do you accept?

A. We take Visa and Mastercard. Unfortunately we do not accept American Express or Diners Club.

Postage Terms and Conditions

1.1 Postage is a flat rate Australia wide.

1.2 Any additional postage charges will be confirmed with the customer prior to withdrawing an additional postage charge.

Social Clubs

When planning for your Christmas party, we can make your planning a little easier!

We at Toyworld would love to help in supplying the gifts for the children attending your Christmas party.  If you are planning a Christmas party then consider the following:

  • We will supply gifts to whatever value you want, no amount is too small.
  • We will individually wrap and label all gifts FREE of charge.
  • We will deliver FREE of charge wherever and whenever on the Sunshine Coast. Freight will be calculated for delivery to other areas.
  • We will accept faulty merchandise returns and exchanges with no dispute.
  • You will be buying from a locally owned and operated business. A local Sunshine Coast toy store.
  • For the months of November and December we donate a portion of all our sales to the Salvation Army, this means that a portion of the $ value of your purchase will be helping the less fortunate children on the Sunshine Coast and beyond this Christmas.

We currently supply to a large number of Social Clubs that have always been thrilled with the service and toys provided, so if we can be of any assistance please contact us.

What we require:- Your budget for each gift, full name and sex of each child/recipient, date required by and address to have them delivered to.  We also need at least two weeks notice.

Easy!  So let us take the hastle out of your next Social Club party. We have several years of experience catering for clubs of a half dozen to hundreds!
